The janu marma is located at the joining point of the leg and the thigh, at the knee. The janu marma on each leg can be stimulated for various health benefits which include, liver function, spleen health and water metabolism. This point can be massaged daily for 5 minutes using warm oils to prevent and reduce knee related aches. It can also work to boost liver health and promote better immunity overall.
